Donation Requests

At G&E Spa Essentials, we understand that every contribution counts. We are passionate about uplifting organizations that strive to make a difference in the lives of others. 

To ensure a smooth and fair evaluation process, we have established some guidelines for submitting donation requests:

1. Review Schedule: We review requests quarterly, allowing us to carefully consider each submission based on our availability and resources. This ensures that we can provide meaningful support where it is needed most. Dates submissions are reviewed March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, December 31st.

2. Advance Submission: We kindly ask that you submit your requests in advance. This allows us to evaluate each request thoroughly and determine how it aligns with our mission. Your proactive approach will help us serve you better!

3. Nonprofit Documentation: To facilitate our review process, organizations must provide valid nonprofit documentation and/or donation receipts for tax purposes. This helps us ensure that our contributions are directed towards legitimate and impactful causes.

4. High Demand: Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill every request. While we strive to support as many organizations as possible, we may not be able to respond to each inquiry. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you do not hear from us within a week of the review timeline, then it is assumed that we were not able to fulfill your request. We have a very strict budget and are doing our best to ensure that we can stretch our dollars as far as we can to make the largest impact on our community.
