FAQ

1. Do you make EVERYTHING?
Yes, we take pride in making all of our products in-house to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

2. Can you substitute ingredients I'm allergic to?
Absolutely! We can customize our formulas to accommodate common allergies and sensitivities. HOWEVER this is a very time consuming task. If you would like to have us reformulate, or attempt to make a product without certain ingredients, please note that we may increase the cost of the product accordingly. Please make sure to contact us before you order so we can discuss the cost difference and whether or not the reformulation can work!

3. Are you Celiac Friendly?
We take gluten seriously and strive to keep our facilities as allergen-free as possible. However, our products are not certified gluten-free. With that said, we do not use any ingredients that contain gluten, as our girls (G&E) have gluten sensitivities.

4. Do you use synthetic ingredients?
We prefer to use natural ingredients whenever possible and do our absolute best to create products that are non-toxic and safe.  Some of the ingredients you may read sound scary, but are all derived from plants or fruits. 

5. Do you use essential oils?
Yes, we incorporate high-quality essential oils into some of our products to naturally enhance their scent and benefits.

6. Do you use fragrance oils?
In some products, we use fragrance oils. If you prefer products without fragrances, please let us know, and we can help you find a solution! Most often, fragrances are LESS harmful than essential oils, as they have very clear guidelines on their safety and usage rates. They are also tested, whereas essential oils often are not.
